Conference rates

We extended the early registration prices through March 31! 

2-day registration - 5 percent discount for 5 or more attendees from the same office:
  • AGA members
    $225 (register by March 31, 2002)
    $275 (register after March 31, 2002)
  • Non-AGA members
    $275 (register by March 31, 2002)
    $325 (register after March 31, 2002)

1-day registration - either April 11 or April 12

  • AGA members
    $125 (register by March 31, 2002)
    $175 (register after March 31, 2002)
  • Non-AGA members
    $175 (register by March 31, 2002)
    $225 (register after March 31, 2002)

Substitutions
A $50 fee will be assessed on all refunds. If a  registrant is unable to attend the Conference, the Dallas AGA Chapter must receive a written request by March 27, 2002 to receive a refund, less processing fee. Confirmed registrants who fail to attend and did not cancel by March 27, 2002 (two weeks prior to the conference), will be charged the entire registration fee. To receive a refund, you must have written verification from one of the two conference registrars (Dallas  chapter education directors) that your proper cancellation was received. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Substitutions will be accepted if authorized in writing by the registrant
Room rates: $80.00 per night for federal and state government employees who mention that they are with the Association of Government Accountants. You will also need to show your government ID.
Reservations by attendees must be received on or before March 10, 2002. At the cut-off date, the hotel will review the reservation pick up for the event, release the unreserved rooms for general sale, and determine whether or not it can accept reservations based on a space-and-rate available basis. The hotel agrees to hold 35 rooms for the AGA PDC conference up until the cut-off date.

Registration

Registration forms must be accompanied by a check (made payable to Dallas AGA Chapter), credit card number, or validated government purchase order. If paying for more than one attendee using the same check, credit card number, or validated government purchase order, make a copy of the form and complete a form for each attendee, and enclose each form with payment. (If purchasing with a government purchase order, we must receive the hard copy validated purchase order with your registration form. We cannot process your registration without both of these forms. Directions The Dallas Marriott Las Colinas is located in the prestigious Las Colinas Center, just 10 miles from DFW airport, and miles from Love Field and downtown Dallas.

From DFW Airport, take highway 114 east to O'Conner Boulevard exit.  Turn left onto Las Colinas Boulevard.  The hotel is on the right.
