This is a multiyear plan designed to accomplish this Chapter’s and AGA’s mission. As such, it is comprised of four parts.
The Chapter executive committee must approve this Plan. This is a working plan meant to be fluid and flexible to changing needs and new developments. Thus, actual activities may differ from that described in this plan. In such cases, the Chapter Executive Committee will approve and incorporate any revisions, additions, or deletions to the strategic plan.

Goal 1: Support current CGFMs
Have a chapter PDC (with the Dallas Chapter) that will provide 16 CPE credits for CGFM holders.
Identify 5 CPE opportunities from sources outside the Fort Worth Chapter this year and provide them to CGFM members.
Advertise training opportunities in each Chapter newsletter.
Goals 1 and 2: Growth and New Member Recruitment
Goal 3: Retention
Goal 4: Participate in membership recruitment and retention programs.
